If selecting an early arrival and/oror late departure, I understand if my actual arrival or departure time is later or earlier than my selection, it does not constitute a refund. Additionally, if selecting an early arrival or late departure, I understand unforeseen minor maintenance issues, that do not prevent me from accessing the property, do not constitute a refund of my arrival fee, and I will allow access to the property to correct the issue.
